Briggs Automotive Company, which is also known as BAC, are producing a super fast track racer called Mono, which puts it right in line with the Ariel Atom. Priced at $108,000 USD, the Mono is a single passenger steel cell wrapped by a carbon-fiber shell. The engine is a 2.3-liter Cosworth four-cylinder engine that produces 280-horspeower and 207 pound-feet of torque with a hewland six-speed sequential gearbox. The Mono weighs 1,190 pounds which translates to 160 pounds less than an Atom. The Mono is faster, lighter and better looking! The company is planning on building 35 of them and 10 are already sold.
