Behold Rolex’s 40th anniversary present to its original Explorer II. The watchmaker released its 216670 Orange Hand Explorer II ($30,000 USD) which is also known as the orange hand Explorer II. The watch comes with an enlarged 42mm case housing, Paraflex shock absorbers, parachrom hairspring, Rolex caliber 3187 (entirely designed and manufactured by Rolex), Oysterlock clasp with safety catch and Easylink extension and the original 24-hr orange dial from the 1971 model.
