Artificial intelligence, heard of it? You’ve most likely seen it in 2001 Space Odyssey, the artificial brain of the spaceship that turns evil and starts destroying everything…or on your cool android for those that have it and never use it because it simply doesn’t work.
One thing that Apple is definitely good at is re-introducing old technologies and re-packaging them into new experiences, and they’ve done so countless times over the last few years and succeeded. So for them to use Siri as their biggest selling point for the iPhone 4S is no surprise. Watching the video makes me want to try it out even more and it looks like it will understand normal English. And yes even accents because apparently Siri gets better the more you speak to it.
